Presentation of objects completed by PROJPRZEM Budownictwo – part 1

Despite being one of the youngest companies of the Industrial Group PROJPRZEM MAKRUM, PROJPRZEM Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. builds on nearly 70 years of experience in the industrial construction segment. Currently, this is a reliable and developing enterprise with a team of specialists and trusted suppliers, which executes advanced construction projects.

PROJPRZEM Budownictwo is a general contractor of investments in such areas as industrial and warehouse construction, trade and services as well as environmental protection. The company’s competitive advantages include:

In the second half of the previous year we presented two large projects completed by PROJPRZEM Budownictwo: a warehouse hall for Wavin Polska S.A. and expansion of the retail park Karuzela in Turek. We also provided information about new contracts – worth nearly PLN 30 million each – for the construction of a new production and warehouse hall along with office facilities and technical infrastructure in Biskupice Podgórne for Starion Poland Sp. z o.o. and for the construction of a warehouse hall with social and office facilities in Luboń for Luvena S.A. Now we would like to present other flagship achievements in the industrial construction segment.

• Distribution Centre, Showroom and Training Centre for LPP S.A. in Pruszcz Gdański

The scope of work for Poland’s largest fashion company covered general contracting, executive design, construction, installation and road works. Built-up area: 34,405 m². Project value: nearly PLN 80 million.

• Servicing bridges – Volkswagen paint shop, Września

The scope of work for the leading car manufacturer covered the assembly of steel structure of servicing bridges with a weight of 1200 tons. The contract was worth over PLN 10 million.

• Construction and installation works at the AUCHAN Shopping Centre in Bydgoszcz

The work at one of the largest shopping malls in Bydgoszcz covered the delivery and assembly of the steel structure that weighed around 1,300 tons; technological work, including in the boiler room with the power of 9,988 kW; water and sewage systems and road surfaces for heavy traffic with an area of around 25,500 m². Total built-up area: 30,000 m². The contract value amounted to nearly PLN 10 million.

• Construction and installation works at the LEROY MERLIN Shopping Centre in Bydgoszcz

The scope of work: delivery and installation of the steel structure weighing around 357 tons; installation works, including in the boiler room with the power of 910 kW; installation of heating in the main hall and office building. Total built-up area – 11,000 m², contract value: PLN 2,100,000.

• Construction of the Grain Processing Plant in Kutno

The scope of work: preparing a construction and executive design, construction, installation and road works. The investor was one of the largest manufacturers of grain products (among others, flakes) – Kellogg’s.

• ALDI supermarket in Inowrocław

The company acted as a Project Management Company / General Contractor through purchasing the plot and carrying out construction, installation and road works.

The company’s beginnings date back to 1948, when it functioned as a private engineering office. As a result of the privatization process the office was transformed into a joint stock company PROJPRZEM S.A., present on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1999. In 2016, after the incorporation of PROJPRZEM S.A. into the structures of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE, a decision was made to separate an entity that would reactivate the initial industrial construction activity. To this end PROJPRZEM Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. was established. The company’s branches are located in Poznań and Bydgoszcz and at present the Company operates in the territory of the Wielkopolskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Dolnośląskie Provinces. The company’s structure was only being formed in 2017, which did not prevent the company from winning highly promising contracts. The recently published PROJPRZEM MAKRUM strategy provides for a dynamic development of this segment of activity and for exceeding the revenue level of PLN 200 million by 2022.
