We present one of the completed projects in the reloading systems segment of the PJPM Makrum Group. It is a project carried out with the company’s local distributor and gate manufacturer, Secdoor from the city of Plovdiv in Bulgaria.
The project included 10 PMV dock seals, five PS-type hinged ramps, five external ramps with a PAS swing ramp, five PLSX-type metal structures of the loading sluice and PBGP 90 01 rubber buffers. The contractor independently finished the locks with insulation panels and gates.
Production, distribution and service of reloading systems are carried out in the company PJP MAKRUM S.A. and subsidiaries PROMStahl Polska sp. z o. o. and PROMStahl GmbH, and recently also in another company from the PROMStahl family. On March 4, 2020, a new subsidiary, PROMSTAHL Limited, with its seat in Great Britain, was established and registered. The company was established to intensify sales in the segment of realoading systems directly on the UK and neighboring markets, which is related to the reorganization of the sales model and increasing proactive activities in the country and abroad, in connection with the growing demand for the segment’s products. Their distribution is carried out through a network of agents and distributors covering over 40 countries.
The Group continues to optimize the production processes taking place at the Koronowo Plant, where components of reloading and parking systems are manufactured. In 2019, the modernization and expansion of this production plant began. The investment is in the implementation phase. After its completion (end of Q3 2020), production capacity will increase, production time will be shortened (efficiency increase, cost reduction), which will have a significant impact on the competitiveness of manufactured products.
