We present the crushing set with the HJ.50 jaw crusher delivered to our client. The set consists of a feeder, conveyor, storage bin, support frame, inspection platform and central control module.
The presented crushing line uses a MAKRUM HJ series crusher, which was born from the idea of an innovative approach to machine construction. In line with current trends, the HJ line ensures ease of use of the machine and a compact structure. Jaw crushers are suitable for crushing medium-hard and hard materials, such as diabase, granite, basalt or clinker. Thanks to a special screw, we can easily adjust the gap in the full range. The special design of the dampers makes the machine work more culturally, and the location of the engine on the frame creates a solid and compact structure.
The type of material and their grammage are not a problem for HJ crushers, because it allows the use of many types of jaws and easy adjustment of the grip angle.
