Complex docking stations and 93 gates – such devices, the company PROMStahl, representing the docking solutions sector of PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. the Industrial Group, delivered to the Lublin branch of the courier company DPD.
81 courier gates (2000×2500) ISO 40 and 12 electric docking gates, also ISO 40 (2750×3000) were installed in Lublin. In addition to the gates, we also delivered 12 hydraulic platforms with a PS tilting and the same number of mechanical PMV sealing sleeves. Each reloading stand has been equipped with PGF bolts with a PZPS cover plate, PEF guides and LED halogen lamps.
The described implementation is the result of cooperation with another major client of the courier industry. Projects for similar entities allow PROMStahl to take the lead in the technology of transhipment in Poland and to compete in price and quality with the world’s largest representatives of the docking industry.
Production, distribution and service of reloading systems are carried out in PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. and its subsidiaries: PROMStahl Polska sp. z o. o. and PROMStahl GmbH. The specialty of these companies is the docking technique, including such products as docking platforms, sealing curtains, bunkers, guides and various types of industrial gates. The production of platforms and accessories is carried out in a modern production plant in Koronowo near Bydgoszcz (Poland), and the distribution is carried out through a network of agents and distributors covering over 40 countries.
