In the current report, the Management Board announced the official change of the company name from PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. for PJP MAKRUM S.A. On July 27, this change was entered in the National Court Register, and the change was included in the current statute of the company, approved by the General Meeting held on June 29, 2020.
From mid-2020, the company begins its operation under the official name of PJP MAKRUM Spółka Akcyjna. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1999. The history of the company, however, goes back to 1948, and is now based on almost 70 years of business and technical experience.
The previous name change was made at the end of 2017, when, after joining the IMMOBILE Group, the name PROJPRZEM SA was abandoned in favor of PROJPRZEM MAKRUM SA, which illustrated the merger of two strong industrial brands from Bydgoszcz: the PROJPRZEM company, present on the market almost from 70 years and MAKRUM, derived from 150 years of experience in the production of machinery and equipment for the mining, chemical, cement and paper industries.
