Modulo Parking Sp. z o.o., completed another 9 Modulo parking systems in our hometown. Modulo POLO platforms will allow the doubling of parking spaces in a garage and their width is exactly 2.5 m, so only as much as one standard parking space requires.
MODULO POLO is a parking system for buildings that require a small amount of parking spaces, for example: small businesses, hospitals or small hotels. It will also work great in a home garage. It is extremely easy to use and convenient to use. What’s more – its width is exactly 2.5 m, so only as much as one standard parking place requires. Additionally, there is a possibility of individual height selection. One of the advantages of the POLO Parking System is also the fact that the platform’s outline covers the whole parking space below, which is an additional cover for the car located there.
Starting work on the MODULO Parking Systems a few years ago, our main goal was to create a wide range of products. One that will interest both individual users as well as architects or developers. Therefore, the priority was to design various solutions: dependent and independent parking platforms. Today, our parking lots are located mainly on large estates, or in hotels. However, there are also individual customers. We are aware that the latter will be even more. Firstly, due to the growing number of cars per household. Secondly, due to convenience, as well as more and more conscious use of each space meter – instead of building a large garage, we can use part of this space, for example for a garden, a barbecue area or a mini playground for children.
