A modern crushing line was launched in a processing plant at one of our international clients. For its creation we used a new series of MAKRUM HJ crushersh, that came out of the idea of an innovative approach to machine construction.

The line is used for crushing steel slag. Crushing and screening of this waste allows it to be used as a valuable aggregate for road construction and to recover the content of metallic inclusions. The line consists of feeding and receiving devices, and the center contains the HJ50 crusher designed in the most advanced option. Active gap adjustment allows quick response to metal embedding. It is possible to set aside the jaw and pass the inclusions further, which otherwise would break the fuse plates.

In order to optimize its work, the line was equipped with ultrasonic sensors measuring the level of backfilling of the crushing chamber. The sensors also control the feed rate of the material to maximize the potential of the HJ50 crusher.

The new MAKRUM HJ crusher series was born out of the idea of an innovative approach to machine construction. According to current trends, the HJ line ensures ease of use and a compact construction. Jaw crushers are suitable for crushing medium hard as well as hard materials such as diabase, granite, basalt or clinker. Thanks to a special screw, we can easily adjust the gap in the full range. The special design of silencers provides more cultural work of the machine, and the positioning of the engine on the frame creates a solid and compact construction.

The type of material, as well as their grammage, is not difficult for HJ crushers, because it gives the possibility of using many types of jaws and free adjustment of the angle of the shank. Durable bearings from reliable suppliers guarantee work safety in all conditions and ensure comfort of use regardless of the profile of activity.
