MODULO LS is one of our top products that perfectly solves parking problems, e.g. in housing estates. We present a video from the implementation of Modulo Parking in the Platanowy Park development investment in Bydgoszcz.
The video shows the operation and use of the Modulo LS semi-automatic parking platforms. It is a system of independent parking platforms offering up to three levels of vehicle parking – underground, on the ground level and above ground. Thanks to the possibility of installing a sliding gate system and full automation, it is not necessary to get out of the vehicle to call the platform assigned to the user (this can be done, for example, with an individual remote control). Parking platforms using a small area allows you to easily double the number of available parking spaces without the need to expand the building upwards. The device is dedicated to all garage halls and underground garages.
This type of system is one of the three used in the second stage of the largest newly built housing estate in Bydgoszcz – Platanowy Park. In total, MODULO platforms were used here, which allowed for the preparation of a total of 119 parking spaces. Parking platforms are an increasingly popular solution used by architects and developers not only in Poland, but all over the world.
Many developers are now looking for an answer to the question of how to increase the number of parking spaces without the need to annex additional space. – Platanowy Park is an investment that requires many modern solutions from us – says Andrzej Witkowski, Vice President of the Management Board of CDI Konsultanci Budowlani. – In the second stage, we commissioned as many as 195 apartments, and MODULO platforms allowed us to prepare the appropriate number of parking spaces in the garage hall – he adds.
