Sieve mill and roller crusher – these are examples of projects that we have implemented recently. The machines were installed at the customer’s in the chemical industry. The material that will go to the machines is an iron catalyst.

Roller crusher is one of our most popular products. It consists of a welded frame and slidingly mounted rollers. One of the rollers is mounted in fixed housings, the other in sliding housings, thus allowing the adjustment of the outlet gap. The crusher rollers are covered with a cover provided in the upper part with material filling. Both rollers are driven independently by two electric motors.

The sieve mill is intended for grinding materials of different hardness, such as: limestone, coal, slag, brick pestle, glass pestle, cement clinker, etc. The moisture content of these materials may not be greater than 2%. The main part of the screen mill is the drum, which is protected by a dustproof cover. The mill drive is an electric motor and gearing.

The material fed through the hopper into the drum is crushed by balls falling on the stepped milling track – and ground it flows through the holes in the armor plates into perforated sieves. The finer fraction is poured into the final sieves and fed outside the mill, while the larger fraction than the holes in the final sieves and perforated sieves returns to the inside of the drum for repeated grinding.
