Next week, the General Meeting of Shareholder of PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. will be held. Among its agenda there is an item on sharing the company’s profit with the shareholders for the second year in a row. Also during the GM of the parent company, Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE, the Shareholders will decide on the payment of the dividend.
Among the draft resolutions discussed at the GM of PROJPRZEM MAKRUM, which will be held on June 12 in Bydgoszcz, there is a resolution regarding the payment of the dividend, the date of acquisition of the right to dividend and the date of its payment. It assumes the payment of a dividend from the profit for 2018 in the total amount of PLN 3,589,629.60, that is PLN 0.60 per share. The day of acquisition of the right to dividend would be the date of 12/09/2019, and the date of payment of the dividend by the Company would be set for 26/09/2019.
The possibility to obtain a dividend may also be possible in Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE, which has been paying it for three years. Although initially the dividends did not appear on the agenda of the GM, this item was attached at the request of the majority shareholder, Rafał Jerzy. The draft resolution on this subject proposes payment in the amount of PLN 6,092,934.56, ie PLN 0.08 per share. The day of acquiring the right to dividend would be 24/09/2019 and the payout date was initially determined as at 08/10/2019.
The dividend is part of the company’s profit (after tax), which is paid to the holders of the shares. The payment of the dividend is possible only in the year in which the company has achieved a positive financial result, and its amount depends on the amount of earned profit. Holders of all shares are entitled to pay the same dividend per share. The payment of the dividend is decided by the general shareholders’ meeting, which takes place after the end of the financial year and approval of the company’s financial statements.
MAKRUM PROJPRZEM in its history has dozen dividend payments. The last year in which the company shared profit with the shareholders was 2018. At that time, the dividend was PLN 1.10 per share, after raising its value by the General Meeting, at the request of one of the Shareholders.
